Well while the rest of the country gets all excited about the build up to christmas, as a chef the hard slog to christmas day is just about to begin.....

Christmas day comes a goes in the blink of an eye then plan for new years eve. Then its the New Year and new menus planning for the year ahead, lots of new ideas and how this year we are going to be busier than the last and before you know it it bloody December again......
